Greenery Fundraiser

Pack 127 is raising funds for neckerchiefs, loops, Pinewood Derby, rockets, campouts, and special events - so families don't have to shoulder the entire cost.

We're partnering again with Sherwood Forest Farms, a family-owned tree farm in the Pacific Northwest, for fresh holiday greenery and decorations.

Our goal: every scout sells at least TWO items.

Key Dates

• The fundraiser is OPEN - set up your scout's sales site and start selling.

• Friday, October 23 - all orders entered into your scout's mini-site, and money and order envelopes turned in.

• November 16-24 - Local Distribution greenery arrives for the group; pick-up at the Hardy residence.

• After Thanksgiving - Direct Delivery items ship straight to recipients.

Sales Incentives

• $0-$249 in sales = an awesome prize

• $250-$499 = $20 gift card

• $500-$749 = $30 gift card

• $750-$999 = $50 gift card

• $1,000+ = $100 gift card

Incentive levels are not cumulative.

How to Sell

• The easiest way to sell: share your scout's personalized sales website. Customers browse the products, place their own orders, and pay by credit or debit card online - less paperwork and money collection for you.

• You can still sell the old-fashioned way. Grab a catalog and take orders in person with cash or checks.

• Contact friends, neighbors, family, and colleagues - in person, by phone, by email, or on social media like Facebook and Nextdoor.

• Reach out to people who have purchased from you in past years.

• Always collect payment at the time of sale. Checks payable to PACK 127. Please don't take an order intending to collect payment later.

Turning In Orders

Drop checks and cash to Kendra Runung - 22144 E Rowland Pl, Aurora, CO 80016 (South Saddle Rock subdivision) - locked mailbox.

Delivery & Pick-Up

Local Distribution items are perfect for customers in the Denver area. Greenery for the group arrives the week before Thanksgiving, November 16-24. Pick-up is at the Hardy residence.

We will email the pack when the greenery arrives - volunteers are needed for sorting.

Pick up your orders and deliver them to your customers, or arrange a pick-up time and place with them.

Direct Delivery items - marked in red in the brochure - are great for grandparents, friends, and family out of state. They ship directly to the recipient anywhere in the country and arrive after Thanksgiving. Listed prices include shipping, and they make wonderful holiday gifts.
